Herbs can be used in many ways to tap into their individual energies.

• You might use like potpourri, make a sachet, or sprinkle them about.
• You might use them in a bath. Sprinkling them in or alternately steeping them in hot water then pouring that water into your bath.
• You might burn them disbursing the smoke like sage.
• You might dress a candle with them by anointing your candle with oil, sprinkling your herb on the candle then burning the candle.
